Batch Mix 1.1

The active ingredient in most forms of liquid bleach is Sodium Hypochlorite (SH). The Batch Mix application was specifically developed for the precise formulation of cleaning solutions comprising water and liquid bleach containing Sodium Hypochlorite (SH). This tool facilitates the accurate creation of soap batches for exterior cleaning, ensuring the desired Sodium Hypochlorite (SH) concentration.

To determine the appropriate proportions of bleach and water for your batch mix, specify the total gallons of cleaning solution required, the strength of your bleach (SH percentage), and the desired concentration of your cleaning solution (SH percentage).

The application will then calculate the approximate quantities of bleach and water needed to achieve the desired SH percentage in your cleaning solution.

It is important to note that the calculation does not account for surfactants. However, in most cases, the influence of surfactants on batch mix percentages is considered negligible. If a substantial amount of surfactant will be added to your cleaning solution, it is recommended to manually adjust your batch mix ratios accordingly.
